Courtrooms and the legal process as a whole are hard to understand for people who have never been through the experience. Many have seen only glamorized courtroom dramas on television. These may be entertaining, but they distort reality.

The reality is that the court system and legal process can be confusing and intimidating, often leaving participants overwhelmed. At the Law Office of Laurence J. Brock, one of our goals is to humanize that complex legal process. Attorney Laurence J. Brock has over 22 years' experience practicing law, and has been a divorce and family law attorney since 1992. Mr. Brock has litigated hundreds of cases on behalf of husbands, wives, mothers, fathers, and children.

In addition to his successful practice, Mr. Brock has been a regular lecturer at family law seminars, where he educated and trained attorneys, judges, and other forensic professionals involved in the family law process. Through his appointments by family law court judges, Mr. Brock has also gained extensive experience as a mediator, assisting other lawyers and litigants in settling their cases.
